Hand Crafted Cupcakes at Ely Cathedral Christmas Food and Gift Fair

I am lucky enough to have been allocated a stall again at the very lovely Christmas food and gift fair at Ely Cathedral on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th November. I will have cupcakes available on my stall to buy on the day, and some new display cakes to see.

You will find me at stall 29 in the food hall marquee. I am feeling very honoured that for the second year running I am one of the 150 specially selected stalls chosen to exhibit. The Cathedral is beautifully lit and very atmospheric. Enjoy the floristry and cookery demonstrations, the vintage carousel, hog roast and cafe and stalls with special gifts, distinctive accessories and unique decorations and cupcakes! I promise you you won't be disappointed.

Opening times:

• Fri 13th Nov: 9:30am - 4:30pm, and 6:30pm - 9:00pm
• Sat 14th Nov: 9:30am - 4:30pm

I am also donating a cake to the EACH (East Anglian Childrens Hospice) charity cake stall. Last year I donated an Frozen themed cake to EACH (see picture below). This year I have donated a cake shaped as a gravity defying cake with a christmas pudding, with cream pouring from an EACH coloured jug, with minions playing in the cream. I'll add a photo when it's baked and decorated!
